Friday, 6th March 7:00 pm World Day of Prayer at the Catholic Church by the Mere. Frances Butler from the Catholic Church is coordinating the service which this time comes from Nigeria. She is asking if someone from the Mere’s Edge Churches would be willing to become involved in helping plan the service. Please could you email her (francesbutler54@icloud.com) if you can oblige and cc Rev. Julia.

Our family: As a church family, Ruthie wonders if you would be interested and willing to share information about particular events: e.g. special birthdays, anniversaries, achievements etc. (included in these notices) so that we can connect with each other on a more social basis. For example, Ruthie recently had an interesting chat with Meriel Ashcroft who has been a long-time member (and was an active member) of Ellesmere chapel but is now not well. She stopped attending church when her hearing became too much of a problem some years ago. She was asking about Ellesmere chapel, and delighted to hear updates on everyone she knew there.
